Vegan Parmesan Cheese

This Vegan Parmesan Cheese is the perfect garnish to top your favorite pasta or salad. It's super easy to make and takes less than five minutes to prepare.

This recipe uses almond meal as a base, which is a great source of healthy fat. Cheesy goodness that's actually GOOD for you?! Yes, please. Double or triple the recipe to have a go-to stash in the fridge.

  • 1/2 cup, almond meal

  • 2 TBSP, nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp, sea salt

  • 1 tsp, garlic powder

  • 1 tsp, onion powder


Version 1:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse about 8 times, mixing thoroughly

  2. Remove and place in a reusable container

  3. Store in fridge

Version 2:

  1. Place all ingredients in medium-size bowl, using a fork to mix thoroughly

  2. Remove and place in a reusable container

  3. Store in fridge
